| Okay, first thing this morning the furnace repair man shows up. At first we thought he might be able to repair the unit but once he opened the main power panel of the unit it became obvious it was history. So we are looking at between $1,700 and $1,800 to replace the unit so we have a working unit on house inspection day. Hoping he can rearrange his schedule to get back today and get "R" done. Notice fourth fuse down is totally fried all wires have been melted to some degree. |

It hurts but it has to be done just got to roll with the punches and move on. The pictures give me shivers as the whole house could have burned to the ground and that would have been a mess to deal with.....
