After the visit to Carlsbad Caverns drove up to the Escapees park in Lakewood. Decided to boondock for two nights at a total cost of $5 ( five dollars ) .... Heck of a lot better then the $22 spent at the last place.
Next stop will be Roswell New Mexico to look around, then off to the Bottomless Lakes State Park for a few nights.
Just had to edit this post to add a thank You to all the friendly folks at The Lakewood Ranch Park. This is one of the friendliest parks If not the #1 park of any that I have every visited. I will be back to see you all again. To date I have two RV Parks I like going to on a visit and not just because I am in the area.
As far as SKP parks go this is hands down the best!!!!!!!!!!!! Great group of people....
