Today I sat inside playing on the computer as a home inspector went around looking at things. We have reduced the price of this place to the point that I am not willing to fix anything more then we have already done. As far as I am concerned we should just shut off the water, and electric and leave. Put it on the market as is... Just like buying a used car, good deal if you are willing to do the work.. Do not expect a perfect house at bargain prices, anymore then you would expect a BMW 2011 for $1000.00..
So far he has walked around the house four or five times, climbed onto the roof and walked around, punched a rod into the ground for what reason is beyond me, and has paced off the land. Why is he pacing off the land????
Came into the house and turned on all the water facets to flush some dye?, turned on the stove and took a photo of all burners on, turned on furnace and checked the vents, looking around at this and that..

Called the Rv repair place that has my RV and was told it is ready, has a new water pump for fresh water tank, generator now works and starts from the inside, and all plumping has been checked and looks good. Will have to wait until tomorrow to go and get because the inspection is taken so long I will not be able to get to the place before it closes today.
Man is taken longer to write the report then it took to do the inspection... AHHHHHHH!!!
Report is over and it is looking good, only normal maintenance needs to be done. So maybe we will get this place sold... :)
